    A. Speciation by Divergence : Step-
        1. The Founder Effect
        2. Genetic Drift: because of the small size
        3. Inbredding: Small populations = more Homozygotes
        4. Population Increses to Carrying capacity
       5. Competition for limited Resources
       6. Population begins to adapt to a new environment
       7. Repeat steps 4-6 to Speciation
       8. Add new mutations
   B. Speciation by "Peak-Shifts."
